1. What is Mansion.nl?

Mansion.nl is a website with a unique offer of houses for rent. Prices vary, just like the accommodations: rooms, studios, apartments, maisonettes, chalets, single-family dwellings and detached houses. In many cases the rental accommodation is available for longer periods, but in some cases also temporarily. The rent of temporary rental accommodation usually is lower.

At this site you will find an extensive rental accommodation offer by private persons as well as companies. Mansion.nl itself does not offer accommodation and you should contact the lessor direct. The lessor is stated at the top right of the pages with the accommodation offer. You can send an e-mail through the link “e-mail aanbieder” (e-mail lessor). If a telephone number is listed, from abroad you should first dial “0031” and then skip the “0” of the Dutch telephone number.

If the lessor does not respond, it's no use contacting Mansion.nl – the website is only a marketplace for supply and demand of rental accommodation.

3. Why Mansion.nl?

Mansion.nl not only has a unique and extensive rental accommodation offer throughout the Netherlands, the site also shows you many low-rent dwellings. The offer changes daily, so it's worthwhile visiting regularly. Unlike many other rental websites, your subscription to Mansion.nl is fully free of charge. If you want to be kept informed about the new offer by e-mail, you can register free of charge.

4. How does this website work?

At Mansion.nl you can freely peruse the offer. Through the function advanced search you can define the criteria that your dwelling has to satisfy. At the bottom of this page you will find a glossary with translations of the fields you have to enter. You can print the list as a tool for entering the data.

5. Registering as house hunter and searches

At Mansion.nl you can register free of charge and then match the offer against your search criteria. On request, you can be kept up to date by e-mail. As soon as an offer matches your search criteria, you will receive an e-mail (in Dutch). The link in the e-mail will take you to the dwelling that satisfies your selection criteria.

6. Forgot your password?

If you are a registered house hunter and you forgot your password, then go to password forgotten.
